About the Internship
As an Operations intern, you will partner with your supervisor and team members daily to grasp project requirements and objectives. You'll help maintain smooth communication between students, parents, educators, and internal teams. Your role includes aiding the planning and rollout of training for teachers and staff, managing teacher schedules, tracking performance, and offering continuous support to uphold educational service quality. Additionally, you will handle datasets covering student achievements, course results, and operational metrics, analyzing these for trend identification and actionable insights. Engaging in team discussions to brainstorm improvements and volunteering for special assignments will be key components.

Additional Requirements

Additional Information
- On successful transition to a permanent role, the expected salary ranges from ₹400,000 to ₹420,000 annually.
