Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support candidate sourcing and initial screening processes for current openings.
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews and manage interview scheduling.
- Coordinate interview logistics and maintain clear communication with candidates.
- Help draft job descriptions and assist in publishing postings on various channels.
- Update and manage candidate databases and recruitment analytics.
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand recruitment demands.
- Contribute to new staff onboarding activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
