Internship Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate searches using platforms such as Broxer, LinkedIn, Naukri, and Foundit.
• Assess candidates based on their education, experience, skills, geographical location, notice period, and salary expectations.
• Communicate with shortlisted candidates to facilitate recruitment processes.
• Track and manage incoming applications effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must commit to a full-time, on-site internship.
• Availability to commence between September 17, 2026, and October 22, 2026.
• Willingness to participate for the full six-month duration.
• Possession of relevant skills and a genuine interest in recruitment activities.

Additional Information

• This internship is based in Dombivli, with opportunities also available at Mumbai, Thane, and Kurla locations.
• The stipend offered ranges between INR 7,000 to 10,000 per month.
• Interns will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the program.
