Eklavya is seeking a proactive Project Manager/Scrum Master intern to oversee coordination of product development involving educational games, content creation, quality assurance, and release management. This role requires collaborating with a variety of stakeholders including developers, designers, content producers, testers, and business leads to ensure clear project planning and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform project requirements into well-defined tasks, prioritizations, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee project backlog and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor deliverables, dependencies, potential risks, and impediments throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with development, design, content, and QA teams to drive progress.
- Maintain ownership through diligent follow-ups and ensuring accountability of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate testing phases, bug tracking resolution efforts, and ensure readiness for product releases.
- Document project decisions, meeting outcomes, and action points comprehensively.
- Create concise progress updates and propose process enhancements.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in project management, Scrum, or software delivery environments.

- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Linear, Trello, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Strong abilities in project planning, monitoring, communication, and problem resolution.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
Preferred Attributes
- Background in startup, EdTech, gaming, or content production sectors.
- Understanding of software development workflows, quality assurance, and release management processes.
- Possession of Scrum Master, Agile, or PMP certifications is a plus.
