Eklavya is an educational platform dedicated to making learning engaging and accessible for children, including those in remote locations. The platform features educational games, interactive learning methods, and age-appropriate materials that promote learning through discovery and play.
Role Overview
We seek an energetic and proactive intern focused on expanding Eklavya's user community, social media visibility, and partnerships with educational institutions such as schools and preschools. This internship offers hands-on experience across social media marketing, customer acquisition, partner enlistment, and outreach to educational organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and executing social media campaigns along with content creation for various posts, reels, stories, and community activities.
- Enhancing follower base, interaction rates, website visits, user registrations, and conversion metrics.
- Engaging parents, educators, tutors, and community groups via social media channels, email campaigns, WhatsApp, events, and direct communication.
- Following up on leads to convert interest into registered and paying users.
- Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding tutors, educational content creators, and community leaders as partners for Eklavya.
- Supporting partners to generate referrals and maximize paid user conversions.
- Outreaching schools, preschools, tuition, and learning centers for collaboration opportunities.
- Scheduling calls, demos, and visits with decision-makers in institutions.
- Negotiating and converting discussions into pilot projects, subscriptions, or formal partnerships.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of leads, outreach efforts, follow-ups, and conversion results.
Candidate Requirements
- Availability for remote work and ability to begin between September 23, 2026, and October 28, 2026.
- Commitment to a full-time, three-month internship duration.
- Relevant skills and passion for marketing and educational technology.
- Women restarting or launching their careers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfort with cold outreach, calls, meetings, and persistent follow-ups.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp platforms.
- Highly organized, target-driven, and adept at maintaining detailed lead-tracking records.
- Willingness to visit local educational institutions and partner organizations.
- Interest in marketing, sales, partnerships, education, or EdTech sectors.
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, outreach, or partnerships is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficient in English and Hindi; additional regional language skills are a plus.
Additional Information
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 8,000 to INR 10,000. The schedule is flexible with five working days per week. Upon completion, interns will receive a certificate acknowledging their contribution and experience.
