This Program Advisor internship at IIDE Education Pvt. Ltd. is designed for candidates interested in providing guidance to prospective learners regarding educational offerings. Interns work from the Mumbai office for a minimum commitment of 6 hours daily, Monday through Saturday, for a period spanning at least 3 to 6 months. Supervised by the Sales Manager, the position offers hands-on experience in admissions, learner engagement, and consultative sales.
Role Summary
As a Program Advisor Intern, you will counsel prospective students to determine the most fitting programs aligned with their academic profiles and career objectives. You will interact through various communication channels, explaining program details, resolving queries, and supporting admission processes. The internship aims to develop professional skills in relationship management within an EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective learners via phone, virtual platforms, and digital messages.
- Assess educational and career backgrounds to recommend optimal programs.
- Clarify curricula, certifications, career paths, fees, and admission procedures.
- Address queries to create a positive counseling experience.
- Perform consistent follow-ups to encourage enrollments.
- Document learner interactions and update CRM records accurately.
- Liaise with internal teams for seamless admissions and onboarding.
- Foster strong relationships through personalized support.
- Help admissions teams meet recruitment goals.
- Attend regular training sessions to enhance communication and product knowledge.
- Maintain professional conduct and deliver excellent learner service.

Eligibility and Requirements
- Undergraduate/postgraduate students or recent graduates from any discipline.
- Available for part-time work from Mumbai office, minimum 6 hours per day.
- Interest in admissions, student counseling, business development, sales, or EdTech sectors.
