About the Internship
Join Mukman Technologies Private Limited as a Business Development intern to gain hands-on experience supporting driver monitoring and logistics operations for our SchoolCab platform. Your daily tasks will include continuously tracking driver login details and live app statuses, recording estimated arrival times and route progress, and monitoring fuel or vehicle battery levels. You will communicate directly with drivers to resolve any discrepancies such as late logins or low battery alerts and escalate unresolved issues to your supervisor, ensuring accurate, real-time data entry throughout your shift.
