This role requires supporting prospective students by understanding their academic backgrounds and career goals, guiding them through program details, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their education.
Responsibilities
- Engage prospective learners via calls, virtual meetings, and digital communication channels.
- Assess individual learners' educational qualifications, interests, and aspirations.
- Provide comprehensive information about courses, curricula, certifications, career pathways, fees, and admissions procedures.
- Respond accurately to students' inquiries and help them select the best fitting programs.
- Maintain a professional, student-centric approach throughout the entire admission process.
- Foster positive interactions by following up promptly and consistently with potential students.
- Maintain and update lead data meticulously in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline admissions and onboarding.
- Encourage ongoing engagement through personalized communication efforts.
- Participate in training sessions focused on counseling, communication, and sales enhancement.
- Support achievement of team enrollment targets.
- Commit to continual skill development through feedback and coaching.
- Stay informed about program updates and industry trends to provide relevant guidance.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or postgraduate students or recent graduates in any field.
- Availability to work at least 6 hours daily onsite in Mumbai.

Additional Details
This is a part-time, in-office internship located in Mumbai, requiring commitment to a minimum of 6 hours daily from Monday through Saturday under the supervision of the Sales Manager. The stipend ranges from 7,000 to 10,000 INR per month. Immediate joining is available, with the internship lasting for 6 months. Candidates must be ready to start between August 17, 2026, and September 21, 2026.
