About the Internship
As an Operations intern at Grivaa Consultancy Services, you will engage in a variety of tasks essential to daily business functions. Your duties will include client communications, operational task management, database creation and management, and generating presentations and written materials focused on finance, chartered accountancy, and stock markets. The role also offers exposure to burgeoning sectors such as financial technology and educational technology, managing both B2C and B2B customer relationships, and supporting various office activities including employee and client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Make client calls and manage routine operational activities.
- Create, compile, and organize business data and databases.
- Develop presentations and produce content related to finance, accounting, and stock markets.
- Contribute to projects within emerging fintech and ed-tech domains.
- Manage consumer engagement in both business-to-consumer and business-to-business contexts.
- Oversee office management functions, client liaison, and staff communication.
