Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside the marketing team to develop compelling videos for YouTube and Instagram Reels.
- Leverage AI tools such as HeyGen to improve video editing speed and quality.
- Contribute ideas for content that effectively appeals to the target audience.
- Keep informed about the latest trends and best practices in video editing and social media marketing.
- Optimize videos to enhance reach and engagement across platforms.
- Help analyze video performance data to inform improvements.
- Maintain a cooperative work atmosphere by communicating effectively and collaborating well with team members.

Additional Requirements
- Experience with at least two AI video tools such as OpusClip, Pika Labs, Runway, Descript, HeyGen, Kaiber, or Synthesia.
- Understanding of social media video formats including hooks, aspect ratios, and viewer retention strategies.
- A strong creative sense in design, sound, pacing, and narrative.
- Basic knowledge of finance, startups, or business matters is advantageous.
