About the Internship
This full-time, onsite internship is based in Kandivali East, Mumbai. Candidates must be able to commute daily and be ready to start immediately. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise high-impact scripts, engaging hooks, and compelling captions to boost virality and audience engagement across multiple company brands.
- Monitor and leverage the latest trends, platform algorithms, and viral formats on Instagram and YouTube to produce trendsetting content.
- Handle all stages of content creation including filming and editing, with a strong emphasis on crafting shareable, high-performing short videos.
- Work closely with design and strategy teams to develop creative, culturally relevant content that sparks conversations.
- Take ownership of content creation to establish a distinct style, grow a dedicated audience, and become a recognizable figure behind rapidly growing brands.
- Engage in collaborations with creators and partnerships to gain insights into influencer networks and brand scaling.

Stipend and Benefits
The monthly stipend ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000, composed of a fixed pay of ₹7,000-10,000 plus incentives of ₹3,000-5,000. Additional perks include a certificate, letter of recommendation, casual dress code, and complimentary snacks and beverages.
