Internship Overview
This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop and automate comprehensive HR processes within an innovative boutique investment and wealth management firm. The role includes designing HR policies, managing recruitment and employee relations, and enhancing the organizational culture through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish HR policies and frameworks tailored to employee needs.
- Handle recruitment procedures and manage employee onboarding.
- Conduct interviews, maintain MIS reports, build cohesive teams, and manage related activities.
- Develop performance evaluation tools such as scorecards and performance matrices to improve cultural productivity.
- Implement employer branding efforts and lead digital strategies to strengthen the company's brand image.
- Create engaging digital content including videos, testimonials, and storytelling materials.
- Design presentations for various modules and conduct webinars focused on interns' soft skills development.
- Automate and refine the complete HR operational procedures of the organization.
