About the Internship
You will engage in a variety of recruitment activities aimed at sourcing, screening, and managing candidates to support the organization's hiring needs. The responsibilities include leveraging multiple platforms to identify talent, conducting telephonic assessments, facilitating interview scheduling, managing candidate data, and assisting with pre-onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract prospective candidates using various channels such as online job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and university networks.
- Review and assess resumes and applications according to predefined criteria and job specifications.
- Perform initial telephone interviews to gauge candidates' interest, availability, and communication abilities.
- Arrange interview sessions between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain current and accurate records of applicants using recruitment tracking tools or spreadsheets.
- Support offer letter distribution and handle basic communication during pre-onboarding.
- Provide assistance to the HR team by handling administrative tasks related to talent acquisition and reporting.
