About the Internship

We are offering a full-time, in-office internship where you will gain hands-on experience in the procurement function within our organization. Your core duties will span the entire procurement cycle from collecting requirements to ensuring the delivery of materials. Collaborate with vendors to obtain quotes, analyze pricing, and assist in negotiation discussions. You'll support the management of RFQs and assess vendor proposals focusing on cost, quality, and delivery timeframes.

Further responsibilities include aiding the preparation and handling of Purchase Orders, Proforma Invoices, and other procurement paperwork. Under the guidance of the procurement team, you will assist with both CAPEX and OPEX purchasing needs, as well as support procurement for new warehouse setups, including acquiring infrastructure, equipment, and operational supplies.

You will help identify and onboard new suppliers while maintaining consistent follow-up on orders to track timely delivery. Organizing and updating procurement records, vendor information, and related documents will also be part of your role. Coordination with other departments such as Operations, Finance, Warehouse, and Administration will be essential to ensure seamless execution of procurement tasks.

Additionally, your role includes assisting with inventory monitoring, managing stock replenishment, and store activities. Ensuring all procurement processes comply with company policies is vital. You will also be involved in initiatives to spot cost savings, enhance procurement workflows, and explore new supplier options.

Eligibility

• Candidates must be available for a full-time, on-site internship.
• Applicants should be able to commence the internship between 11th September 2026 and 16th October 2026.
• Must commit to a 6-month internship duration.
• Candidates should demonstrate relevant skills and a keen interest in procurement activities.

Additional Information

• This internship provides a monthly stipend ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000.

• Successful interns may receive a permanent job offer with a salary ranging from ₹300,000 to ₹400,000 annually.
