About the Internship
This internship role involves active engagement with corporate clients to create placement opportunities. Your daily responsibilities will focus on establishing and nurturing corporate partnerships, generating leads through various outreach methods, and aligning placement opportunities with company hiring requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Connect with potential corporate clients and companies to explore placement collaborations.
- Generate and cultivate leads across multiple outreach channels to develop new business relationships.
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with corporations to facilitate placement initiatives.
- Understand employers’ recruitment needs and identify matching opportunities.
- Maintain regular and systematic follow-ups with prospective organizations.
- Coordinate efforts with internal teams concerning interested companies and placement openings.
- Keep detailed records of leads, communications, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Assist in broadening the organization's corporate network and enhancing placement prospects.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be final-year students or recent graduates.
- Available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting 3 months.
- Must be able to start anytime between September 18, 2026 and October 23, 2026.
- Reside in Gurgaon and able to work from the Gurgaon office.
