About the Internship

This internship offers exposure to key aspects of market research including survey design, data collection and analysis, personality assessments, and reporting. You will collaborate with experienced research teams to enhance questionnaire quality and data gathering methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and critique survey questionnaires to ensure they are clear, relevant, and free of bias.
• Gather and organize data from surveys using both online and offline techniques, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct standardized personality trait evaluations and study patterns in responses.
• Track survey completion progress and engage participants to boost quality and reliability of responses.
• Carry out initial data analyses to identify trends, consumer preferences, and behavioral patterns.
• Create reports and presentation materials summarizing research insights, personality outcomes, and key conclusions.
• Work with research groups to refine questionnaires, improve data collection practices, and contribute to market research initiatives.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must be prepared to work remotely.
• Availability to commence work between September 25, 2026, and October 30, 2026.
• Commitment to the full 1-month duration of the internship.
• Possess relevant interests and skills pertinent to market research and analytics.

Stipend and Benefits

• Monthly compensation ranges from ₹3500 to ₹5000, consisting of fixed pay between ₹1500 and ₹2000 plus incentives from ₹2000 to ₹3000.
• Additional advantages include a certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, and flexible working hours.
