The position focuses on talent acquisition within the Australian market, offering a fully remote internship aligned with Australian business hours. This program aims to develop recruitment professionals through hands-on experience in a forward-thinking staffing and consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and shortlist candidates for roles across various Australian sectors using platforms such as SEEK and LinkedIn in addition to direct candidate outreach.
- Handle the entire recruitment process, including conducting briefings, arranging interviews, facilitating job offers, performing reference checks, and managing onboarding coordination.
- Keep comprehensive and precise records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), delivering timely updates and recruitment reports to stakeholders.
- Organize and schedule interviews and maintain effective communications with candidates to ensure a professional experience.
- Embody and promote Transformationplus’s core values, actively engaging with company tools, workflows, and emerging recruitment technologies.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available to work from home during the hours of 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM Indian Standard Time, corresponding to Australian business hours.
- Start date flexibility is required, with commencement between 16th September 2026 and 21st October 2026.
- The internship duration is six months.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience or strong interest in HR and recruitment activities.
