This internship offers hands-on experience in varied HR functions at Gharpayy, a company dedicated to providing hygienic and well-designed rental accommodations tailored for urban millennials. Interns will engage in essential recruitment activities such as screening resumes, conducting interviews, and liaising with managers. They will also design and deliver training programs to onboard new hires and enhance employee skills, collaborating with department heads to tailor content to organizational needs.
Core responsibilities include conducting training sessions focusing on customer service, sales strategies, and leadership growth, along with evaluating training impact via assessments and participant feedback. Interns will assist in preparing training resources like presentations, manuals, and digital modules while offering support across broader HR duties encompassing performance management, employee relations, and compliance matters.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available full-time for an in-office internship in Bangalore.
- Internship start date should be between October 5, 2026, and November 9, 2026.
- Availability for the entire six-month duration is mandatory.
- Candidates must possess relevant HR skills and interests.

Stipend Details
- A monthly stipend ranging between ₹14,000 and ₹20,000 is offered.
- The stipend includes a fixed monthly pay of ₹12,000 to ₹17,000 and additional incentives of ₹2,000 to ₹3,000.
