The Flow Ops Associate will engage with qualified leads to schedule visits, update customers with necessary information, and maintain communication between clients and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage communication through calls or chats with qualified prospective clients to organize and confirm their site visits.
- Coordinate and oversee shared calendars involving customers and on-site Sales Executives for efficient scheduling.
- Provide customers with essential pre-visit information including site location, contact details, and what to expect during the visit.
- Perform a mandatory confirmation call or check-in with customers two hours prior to their scheduled site tour to ensure commitment and readiness.
