About the internship
About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in various daily HR operations, supporting the full employee lifecycle within an organization. The selected intern will actively participate in recruitment, employee data management, onboarding, documentation, and engagement activities, gaining practical insight into HR functions and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with routine human resource activities and operations within the HR Management System (HRMS).
- Support recruitment processes including candidate screening and coordinating interviews.
- Manage and update employee records, trackers, and Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Facilitate onboarding of new employees, monitor attendance, process leaves, and manage employee exits.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace environment.
- Handle HR documentation and perform various administrative duties.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources or Management.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A keen willingness to learn, take responsibility, and show initiative.

Compensation & Duration
