About the Internship
This internship offers a chance to support various human resources activities while working remotely and part-time over a period of three months. Interns will contribute to recruitment processes such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination. Maintaining accurate employee and candidate records will be key responsibilities. Additionally, interns will assist in onboarding new hires, handle documentation related to employees and interns, and support attendance and leave management tasks.
Organizing employee engagement initiatives and internal events will be part of the role, alongside facilitating communication with staff regarding HR needs. Interns will also prepare fundamental HR reports, trackers, and documentation to support the team. Participation in efforts to uphold company policies, gather employee feedback, and improve workplace processes will be expected.

Stipend and Benefits
The stipend ranges from ₹14,000 to ₹25,000 per month, which includes a fixed pay component of ₹9,000 to ₹15,000 and an incentive component of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 monthly. Upon successful transition to a permanent position, employees can expect an annual salary between ₹260,000 and ₹350,000.
