Conscious Humanity Network Foundation (CHNF), a global non-profit aggregator established on October 11, 2023, invites motivated and detail-focused individuals passionate about making a societal impact to join as HR interns. CHNF aims to connect nonprofits worldwide by offering platforms for sharing products, services, and fostering community engagement through websites and apps. This internship provides hands-on exposure to diverse HR functions supporting a mission of conscious and compassionate change.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment efforts and onboarding processes for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee information within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Contribute to various HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize and coordinate interviews, meetings, and training sessions efficiently.
- Assist with internal team communication and management tasks.
- Use Google Docs for organizing and documenting HR-related materials.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment demonstrating effective team coordination skills.
Candidate Profile/Eligibility
- Applicants must be available to work remotely.
- Candidates should be able to commence between September 9, 2026, and October 14, 2026.
- Availability for a six-month duration is required.

Compensation Details
The stipend ranges from ₹3,000 to ₹15,000 monthly, comprising a fixed component of ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 and an incentive component of ₹1,000 to ₹10,000.
