About the Internship
Join CollabAdda as an HR intern to gain practical experience across multiple areas of human resources within a vibrant, innovation-driven setting. Your skills in MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, verbal and written English communication, along with Canva, will support critical HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and employee relations management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities including posting job advertisements, evaluating resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Support new hire onboarding by preparing and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Organize and manage training sessions while monitoring employee participation.
- Maintain and update employee records related to performance management processes.
- Address employee queries and foster communication between staff and management to enhance employee relations.
- Manage benefits administration by processing enrollment paperwork and updating benefits information.
- Collaborate on various HR projects and initiatives to help meet department objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting 4 months.
- Availability to begin between October 6, 2026, and November 10, 2026.
- Reside in Gurgaon, Haryana.
- Possess relevant skills and interests aligned with HR functions.
