This internship opportunity involves immersion in the daily human resource management functions within a leading financial services company operating across India. The selected intern will actively participate in multiple core HR activities essential for smooth organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting through candidate selection.
- Conduct candidate evaluation and coordinate interviews efficiently.
- Facilitate employee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and manage employee records.
- Implement and adhere to HR policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Support daily HR operational tasks to uphold organizational effectiveness.
- Communicate regularly with employees to address HR-related queries and foster coordination.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, on-site internship position.
- Available to commence the internship from September 17, 2026, to October 22, 2026.
- Willing to engage in the internship for a total duration of six months.
- Possess relevant skills and keen interest aligned with human resource functions.
Compensation and Perks
