VNS Group is offering a comprehensive 2-month full-time internship program focused on Human Resource Management, among other domains like Sales, Digital Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. The internship includes real-world training, a stipend ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹26,000 monthly depending on performance, and eligibility for a pre-placement offer.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Help screen candidates and coordinate interviews effectively.
- Update and maintain candidate and recruitment databases.
- Support activities for employee engagement and HR coordination.
- Facilitate onboarding procedures and joining formalities for new hires.
- Maintain HR Management Information System (MIS), documentation, and related records.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to energetic fresh graduates or postgraduates or current students.
- Must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship starting between September 21, 2026, and October 26, 2026, lasting exactly 2 months.
- Should possess relevant skills and a strong interest in HR roles.
- Must be capable of handling assigned duties independently.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities are required.
- Good judgment and decision-making skills expected.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Additional Details
- Stipend Structure: Fixed monthly payment between ₹3,000 and ₹6,000, plus performance incentives ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹20,000 monthly.
- Certificates and letters of recommendation will be provided upon successful completion.
