Internship Responsibilities
- Identify and screen potential job candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess fit.
- Organize and manage interview schedules.
- Maintain communication and follow-up with candidates throughout recruitment stages.
- Update and maintain records in recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Help with onboarding new employees.
- Assist with routine HR operations.
- Compile and prepare basic HR reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet their hiring needs.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be available for a full-time internship at the office location.
- Availability to start between September 24, 2026, and October 29, 2026.
- Ability to commit to a 6-month internship duration.
- Relevant skills and a strong interest in human resource activities.
- Women restarting or beginning their career are encouraged to apply.
