Key Responsibilities
- Support the enhancement and automation of recruitment workflows using AI-powered tools.
- Review and verify documents to ensure adherence to HR policies and regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to extract actionable insights aiding strategic decisions.
- Lead HR analytics projects aimed at optimizing service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Deploy generative AI technologies to innovate talent acquisition and employee retention practices.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to embed technological solutions in HR processes.
- Keep abreast of emerging HR technology trends and suggest improvements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in recruitment processes, document management, and data analysis.
- Strong command of MS Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
- Experience with automation tools and HR analytics methodologies.
- Hands-on familiarity with generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
- Must have access to a laptop for practical tasks.
- Comfortable managing and interpreting recruitment data.
