Join Zell Education as a Recruitment Intern and gain hands-on experience in the recruitment domain, collaborating closely with experienced professionals. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about education and eager to understand the recruitment lifecycle, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Help identify and evaluate potential candidates for multiple job openings within the organization.
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidates' spoken English abilities and relevant skills.
- Arrange and coordinate candidate interviews and assessments.
- Keep candidate databases and recruitment records current and organized.
- Support in creating and publishing job postings across various platforms.
- Work alongside team members to innovate and improve recruitment approaches.
- Offer administrative assistance to the recruitment team as required.
Applicant Eligibility
- Candidates must be able to work entirely from home.
- Availability to commence between August 19, 2026, and September 23, 2026.
- Commitment to the full duration of three months.
- Possession of relevant skills and a strong interest in recruitment.
- Preference is given to female applicants.
Compensation and Recognition
A monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,000 to INR 8,000 will be provided. Additionally, successful interns will receive a certificate upon completion.
