Talent Corner HR Services seeks an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to assist the recruitment team in sourcing, evaluating, and coordinating candidates for multiple job vacancies. This opportunity offers hands-on experience with recruitment workflows, candidate communications, pipeline management, and the application of AI-driven hiring tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate resumes to shortlist suitable candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate and arrange interviews between applicants and hiring managers.
- Manage and update details in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records.
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships to comprehend their staffing requirements.
- Collaborate in negotiations related to candidate compensation and benefits.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel alongside Generative AI technologies to optimize recruitment operations.
- Support talent management initiatives ensuring effective hiring processes.
Candidate Profile & Prerequisites
- Must be able to commit to a full-time, office-based internship in Mumbai.
- Availability to commence between August 19, 2026 and September 23, 2026 for a three-month period.
- Possess relevant skills and interest in talent acquisition activities.
- Presence of a personal laptop with stable internet for performing daily tasks.
- Experience or familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, Excel, or recruitment software is beneficial.
- Preference for candidates utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to enhance productivity.
- Fresh graduates seeking job experience are welcome.
Compensation & Benefits
- Stipend ranging between ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month for the duration of the internship.
- Opportunity to secure a full-time position post-internship with an annual salary package between ₹300,000 to ₹500,000 upon successful conversion.
