Talent Corner HR Services is seeking a Business Analytics Intern to assist in data-driven decision-making by gathering, cleaning, and evaluating business datasets. The role involves utilizing Excel, Power BI, and AI-based analytical tools to detect trends, develop dashboards, and translate data into useful business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, cleanse, and assess business data using Excel, Power BI, and related analytics platforms.
- Design dashboards and generate reports that highlight trends, identify performance gaps, and discover new business opportunities.
- Leverage AI and automation technologies to enhance data analysis, streamline reporting, and support effective decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong presentation capabilities combined with SQL proficiency.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
- Competence in MS Excel, data interpretation, MIS, report generation, and the use of Power BI dashboards.
- Experience or keen interest in automation, generative AI tools, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Power BI or a high motivation to learn data analytics.
- Laptop with reliable internet connection required for working with analytics and AI tools.
- Experience with data analysis, dashboard creation, Excel, or Power BI projects is preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be from Mumbai and available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting 3 months.
- Internship must commence between August 19, 2026, and September 23, 2026.

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,000 to INR 10,000.
- Upon successful completion and conversion to a full-time employee, an expected annual salary between INR 300,000 and INR 500,000.
