Internship Overview
NearBond is a unique e-commerce platform designed to connect local sellers with their immediate communities, providing a targeted digital presence limited to a specific radius around their physical locations. Joining NearBond as a Growth & Partnerships intern offers a chance to contribute to an early-stage startup's growth and success, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or internship engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential brands, distributors, sellers, and suppliers to broaden the platform's product and service portfolio.
- Support the analysis of lead-generation campaigns including metrics from Meta ads, cost-per-lead trends, and lead quality to enhance customer acquisition efficiency.
- Conduct research on competitors and developments in offline and hyperlocal direct-to-consumer distribution channels to identify unique positioning opportunities.
- Assist in producing marketing materials, social media content, and presentations aimed at recruiting sellers and brands.
- Participate in regular team meetings, contributing innovative ideas to new growth initiatives.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be available for remote work and able to start between August 28, 2026, and October 2, 2026.
- Commitment to a 3-month internship duration is required.
- Freshers and women looking to commence or resume their careers are encouraged to apply.
- Educational background should include either a completed or ongoing engineering or STEM degree, or an MBA candidate with an engineering/STEM educational history.
- Comfort with uncertainty and flexibility in an evolving startup environment, with changing priorities on a week-to-week basis.
- A proactive approach to ownership, capable of independently completing tasks from inception to conclusion without detailed guidance.
- Strong numerical aptitude with proficiency in data analysis, comfortable interpreting campaign statistics, gross merchandise value figures, and lead quality indicators.
- Willingness to quickly learn and utilize AI tools and other business/technical applications for research, content creation, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Hindi or other regional languages is advantageous.
Stipend and Benefits
- The monthly stipend offered for this position is INR 22,000.
- Additional benefits include a certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, and possibility of a job offer upon successful completion.
Additional Information
Upon successful conversion to a permanent role, candidates can anticipate an annual salary ranging from INR 500,000 to 750,000.
