Internship Overview
The Growth Operator - New Zones internship centers on launching and scaling new micro-markets. The intern’s responsibilities span acquiring property supplies, driving customer demand, closing PG bookings, and improving commercial results across designated zones.
Key Duties
- Research and validate promising micro-markets.
- Analyze competitors, pricing, occupancy, and growth potentials.
- Formulate detailed expansion strategies for assigned zones.
- Source, negotiate, and onboard quality paying guest (PG) properties that meet company standards.
- Build ample property inventory to meet consumer demand.
- Generate qualified leads through diverse online/offline marketing.
- Collaborate with colleges, companies, hostels, and referral networks to drive demand.
- Manage customer journeys end-to-end from inquiry to move-in.
- Schedule visits, address customer concerns, and close PG bookings.
- Handle documentation, payments, and confirmations efficiently.
- Monitor bookings, occupancy, revenue, and feedback to optimize zone performance.
- Build long-term partnerships with PG providers, resolving operational issues timely.
- Create and refine SOPs and operational systems to enhance scaling and performance.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting tools.
- Engage with company leadership for strategic initiatives and oversee project execution.
- Mentor and onboard future Growth Operators.
