Join ACNSS (Axe Consultancy and Security Services), a Chicago-headquartered tech firm specializing in IT consulting and data security solutions for leading fintech unicorns. We are offering an engaging 3-month internship to help support our social media marketing efforts remotely.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support social media account management on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Assist in organizing and updating the social media content calendar regularly.
- Create compelling posts, captions, Stories, Reels, and other digital content formats.
- Conduct research on trending hashtags, topics, and content ideas for enhanced engagement.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages.
- Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing departments for content development needs.
- Analyze social media metrics including reach, impressions, and engagement rates.
- Perform basic competitor benchmarking and market research activities.
- Help maintain uniform brand messaging and the visual style across platforms.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost online engagement and brand recognition.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, functionalities, and content types in social media.
