Overview
Codefeast is offering a 3-month internship opportunity within the Founder's Office to assist in recruitment activities and related projects. This position requires close collaboration with the company's founder while performing various operational and outreach tasks aimed at talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage job advertisements on different hiring platforms, ensuring accurate and current vacancy details.
- Research and identify potential candidates, sending them customized messages via LinkedIn, email, and conducting follow-ups.
- Oversee candidate engagement, monitor replies, and keep recruitment pipelines and candidate information well organized.
- Coordinate recruitment workflows such as application monitoring, arranging interviews, candidate communications, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Contribute to recruitment-focused projects by conducting sourcing research, mapping talent pools, generating hiring reports, and proposing process enhancements.
- Provide regular and transparent updates on recruitment progress to the founder and take ownership of assigned tasks in recruitment and outreach.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be prepared to work remotely throughout the internship duration.
- Availability to begin between September 15, 2026, and October 20, 2026.
- Availability for the entire 3-month internship period.

Compensation Details
The internship offers a stipend composed of a fixed monthly component ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 and an incentive-based variable component from INR 5,000 to INR 10,000, resulting in a total monthly stipend between INR 20,000 and INR 30,000.
