You will gain practical exposure by helping coordinate all facets of event execution from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to grasp their event aspirations and preferences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve challenges throughout the planning stages.
- Create and implement timelines and schedules for events.
- Support vendor coordination and management efforts.
- Participate in on-site event setup and operations.
- Conduct research and suggest creative ideas for event theme and decor.
- Assist in post-event activities to assess success and client satisfaction.
