Join FirstCry as an E-Commerce Operations Intern to gain exposure to various operational facets in the kids and baby products sector. Key Responsibilities
- Map competitive pricing structures and identify market gaps.
- Update and maintain content on existing product listings.
- Assist with sourcing operations to streamline procurement.
- Scout and onboard new brands within the product categories.
- Support new product development initiatives.
- Manage listing of newly introduced products in relevant categories.
- Perform detailed market research to discover potential suppliers and track evolving market trends.
- Analyze market data to guide product selection and sourcing strategies.
- Evaluate procurement processes to benchmark and suggest improvements.
Candidate Eligibility
Candidates must be available full-time at the Pune office for a 3-month internship starting between September 16 and October 21, 2026. Applicants should demonstrate relevant skills and interests related to e-commerce operations.
Compensation and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,000 to 10,000. Additional benefits include a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, a casual dress code, and a five-day workweek.
