Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Convert information from paper, PDF documents, and electronic files into company databases or designated software platforms accurately.
• Verify data entered by cross-checking against original sources to detect and amend any discrepancies, typos, or inaccuracies.
• Maintain and update records, systematically arrange digital files, and carry out regular data backups to safeguard information.
• Adhere strictly to data privacy policies and regulations while managing confidential or sensitive company or client data.
• Produce summarized data reports, including basic charts and graphical representations, as requested by management or team leads.

Candidate Requirements and Eligibility

• Applicants must be prepared to work full-time on-site during the internship period.
• Availability to commence the internship between September 5, 2026, and October 10, 2026, is essential.
• Interns should be able to commit to a 3-month duration for the internship.
• Possession of relevant skills and keen interest in the role is required for consideration.

Additional Information

• Work schedule is 5 days per week.
• The location options include Ajmer, Bikaner, Jodhpur, Kota, Udaipur, Jaipur, or anywhere in Rajasthan, India.
• The monthly stipend ranges from 25,000 to 35,000 INR.
