Internship Overview and Responsibilities
This internship involves daily tasks focused on accurate data handling and management. Responsibilities include transcribing information from paper documents, PDFs, and various digital sources into company databases or software systems. Interns will verify entered data by cross-checking against original documents to detect and resolve any discrepancies or errors. Additionally, they will be tasked with updating records, organizing electronic files, and conducting regular data backups to safeguard information. Maintaining compliance with data privacy policies while managing sensitive company or client data is essential. Interns will also assist in producing summaries, basic charts, and reports as requested by management or team members.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, on-location internship lasting three months. The start date should be between September 25 and October 30, 2026. Candidates should possess relevant skills and have an interest in data entry-related tasks.
Additional Information
The internship is based in Jabalpur with opportunities also available in Indore, Rajkot, Surat, Vadodara, Bhopal, Gwalior West, Ahmedabad Kasora, as well as locations throughout Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. The internship stipends range from INR 25,000 to INR 35,000 per month. The workweek consists of five days.
