Join Hefei Panshi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. as a Business Development and Sales Intern. This role provides valuable experience in international B2B sales focused on the science museum and interactive exhibit sectors.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform market analysis to identify prospective clients, partners, and business opportunities, with an emphasis on the Indian market.
- Initiate contact with potential customers via email, LinkedIn, online research, and other relevant means.
- Contribute to the preparation of company presentations, product introductions, quotations, and sales proposals.
- Support the sales team's outreach efforts and help develop and execute sales strategies.
- Follow up with prospects, document their needs, and coordinate feedback with the sales team.
- Participate in client virtual meetings to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Keep the CRM up to date with precise customer data, communication logs, and follow-up statuses.
- Track sales activities, client responses, and market developments, compiling regular reports.
- Assist in organizing sales events, online meetings, and promotional campaigns.
- Undertake additional duties related to sales and business development as assigned.
Candidate Eligibility
- Available to work remotely.
- Capable of working from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm Indian Standard Time, aligning with the company's China-based hours (8:30 am - 6:00 pm CST).
- Willing to commence the internship between September 15, 2026, and October 20, 2026.
- Committed to a 6-month internship duration.
- Possess relevant skills and interests in sales and business development.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with the Indian market and experience in customer development, sales, or international business preferred.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM tools, and online sales platforms.
- Self-driven, proactive attitude with initiative in contacting and following up with leads.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
- Fluency in Hindi or other regional Indian languages is advantageous.
- Interest in fields such as science museums, interactive exhibits, ed-tech, or exhibition projects preferred.
- Availability to collaborate with international clients and manage different time zones.
Compensation and Perks
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹23,000 to ₹70,000, composed of a fixed pay of ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 and additional incentives between ₹5,000 and ₹50,000.
- Workweek of 5 days.
