About the Internship

This full-time internship based in Chennai offers hands-on experience supporting various HR and client relationship functions. Interns will engage in activities such as onboarding and offboarding of both staff and customers, employee and client engagement, and operational process design and documentation. Coordination with development teams to automate processes and preparation of executive reports for senior leadership will be key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in HR functions including new employee onboarding, employee exits, and maintaining high engagement levels.
• Manage customer lifecycle activities, ensuring smooth onboarding and exit processes while fostering strong client engagement.
• Design and document operational workflows and collaborate with the development team to automate these processes.
• Prepare detailed reports for presentation to the Board of Directors and advisory committee members.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to influence business and operational decisions.
• Engage with staff and clients regularly to gauge demand, service quality, and collect feedback.
• Identify operational gaps and aid in implementing corrective actions to enhance performance and satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements and Expectations

• Applicants must be available full-time onsite in Chennai for a 6-month period starting between September 23 and October 28, 2026.
• Preference is given to female candidates.
• Candidate should be willing to travel internationally for business meetings, including destinations like Sydney, Singapore, and Dubai.
• A commitment of at least 24 months with the company is expected.
• Openness to mentorship and learning from senior executives with over 30 years of experience is essential.
• Potential for progression to C-suite roles based on performance evaluations after 24 months.
• Work will be based from Finari’s STPI office in Taramani.

Additional Information on Remuneration

• Final semester students receive a fixed monthly stipend of ₹15,000.
• Full-time employment compensation phases:
  • First 6 months: Fixed CTC of ₹3,00,000 per annum plus 2% project assignment cost allowance.
  • Next 6 months: Performance-based fixed CTC of ₹4,00,000 to ₹6,00,000 per annum plus 4% project assignment cost allowance.
  • Second year: Based on first-year performance, fixed CTC of ₹6,00,000 to ₹10,00,000 per annum plus 6% project assignment cost allowance.
• After 24 months and positive performance review, promotion to C-suite roles and eligibility for 6% ESOP shares may be granted.
