Join an innovative early-stage startup aiming to create the largest platform for cohort-based courses designed for lifelong learning. These live courses feature interactive workshop sessions, direct instructor access, peer community engagement, and ongoing feedback to maximize learner success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage learner interactions from initial contact through to enrollment, ensuring a smooth journey.
- Identify learner goals and provide clear, empathetic guidance tailored to their needs.
- Conduct follow-ups, handle objections, and support learner decision-making effectively.
- Maintain consistent quality throughout all communications and engagements.
- Diligently record all conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes for accuracy and transparency.
Challenges You Will Address
- Assist learners in making well-informed decisions rather than rushed or uninformed choices.
- Decrease dropout rates by clarifying confusion and improving overall communication.
- Build and sustain trust in a high-volume, fast-paced sales setting.
- Ensure all learner conversations remain consultative and personalized rather than scripted.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹28,000 to ₹40,000, including a fixed pay component of ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 plus incentives between ₹10,000 to ₹20,000.

- Opportunity for a job offer upon successful internship completion, with an expected annual salary between ₹700,000 and ₹900,000.
