About the Internship

This internship offers involvement in managing learner engagement and placement processes for an early-stage startup aiming to create a global platform for cohort-based lifelong learning courses. The intern will play a vital role in tracking student progress, coordinating interview preparations, and liaising with hiring partners to support learner outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor individual learner progress and provide follow-ups to ensure milestones are met.
• Maintain clear communication with learners throughout their placement journey, offering timely updates and next steps.
• Organize and schedule mock interviews ahead of actual interviews.
• Coordinate with recruitment partners for interview rounds and gather feedback post-interview.
• Develop and update placement tracking systems, proactively identifying learners at risk of disengagement.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be available to commit full-time to an in-office internship in Bangalore for six months.
• Start date flexibility between September 21, 2026, and October 26, 2026.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple learners, calendars, and stakeholder communications efficiently.
• Consistent in follow-ups to maintain learner engagement throughout the placement process.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Sheets, email, and Slack.
• Quick adaptability to dynamic environments and shifting priorities.
• Good spoken English communication skills.
