AI Business Development and Market Research Internship

About the Role

Join Solvitude as an AI Business Development and Market Research Intern, working closely with the Business Development team and co-founders. This internship offers a hands-on experience beyond mere telecalling or bulk emailing by engaging in research, lead generation, and supporting sales conversion efforts in the AI data services domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed market and company research focusing on AI, technology, localization, and enterprise sectors to identify potential clients needing AI data services including speech, image, video, annotation, and evaluation.
• Build and sustain comprehensive databases of targeted companies and relevant decision-makers such as Heads of AI, Operations, Procurement, and Project Management.
• Identify and verify contact details, prioritize high-potential accounts, and maintain accurate lead info using CRM and spreadsheet tools.
• Monitor industry signals like job postings, vendor requirements, RFPs, new AI product launches, and market expansions to discover promising business opportunities.
• Support the business development process by preparing outreach lists, assisting with personalized communication, tracking follow-ups, maintaining the sales pipeline, and aiding proposal preparations.
• Research competitors and market trends to identify service offerings, client bases, new projects, and niches where Solvitude can strategically compete.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Strong written and verbal command of English, excellent communication capabilities.
• Proficiency in internet research and ability to quickly gather and organize information.
• Familiarity with basic Excel or Google Sheets functions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and eagerness to learn about AI and B2B technology sales.
• Capacity to work independently and meet daily targets.
• Good to have: pursuing or recent graduate in BBA, MBA, B.Com, Engineering, or related fields; prior internships in sales, business development, market research, or lead generation; familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools; interest in AI, SaaS, or technology sectors; experience in international business research.

Additional Information

• This internship provides hands-on experience with B2B international business development, AI industry research, enterprise sales, lead generation, account-based selling, market intelligence, CRM management, and the AI data annotation industry.
• Flexible work hours are offered along with a certificate and letter of recommendation upon completion.
• The internship duration is 3 months, with immediate start options between mid-September and mid-October 2026.
