Picker / Packer

Role Overview

The Picker / Packer is responsible for selecting products accurately from storage shelves according to orders and securely packing them for shipment. This role demands careful verification of product quality, quantity, and expiry dates, as well as maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse or store.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from warehouse or store shelves following order specifications.
• Ensure items are packed carefully and securely before dispatch.
• Use handheld scanners or mobile applications to scan products efficiently.
• Inspect products for correct quality, quantity, and expiration dates prior to packing.
• Keep the warehouse or store area clean and well-organized.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods as necessary.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure orders are dispatched on time.
• Adhere to company safety standards and operational procedures.
• Manage inventory handling and oversee stock movement activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed education ranging from 10th grade to graduation.
• Open to both freshers and individuals with prior experience.
• Age between 18 and 35 years.
• Basic familiarity with smartphone use is preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in shifts.
• Capable of coordinating and handling teams.
• Physical fitness suitable for warehouse or store duties.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management.

Work Schedule

The position involves working in rotating shifts: either from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
