Role Overview
As a Procurement Graduate, you will manage contract and procurement tasks end-to-end to secure optimal global purchasing decisions aligned with company goals. You will coordinate resources, collaborate with stakeholders, and oversee contract execution while ensuring compliance with IT, regulatory, and global standards. Your expertise will ensure smooth procurement processes yielding the best quality and price.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve issues related to requisitions and shopping carts that fail to auto-generate Purchase Orders.
- Create emergency and other non-standard Purchase Orders as necessary.
- Analyze daily procurement reports to identify and remove bottlenecks in purchase requisitions.
- Work with engineering and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve procurement issues.
- Maintain and update delivery schedules for all active orders.
- Manage Return Material Authorizations for incorrect or damaged goods.
- Address Vendor and Carrier performance issues to ensure timely and accurate material deliveries.
- Resolve procurement exceptions by conducting thorough discrepancy investigations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related fields, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Valid right to work in Ireland; no sponsorship for employment permits is available.
- Ability and willingness to work in a hybrid model, attending both virtual and in-person company events.
- Experience or project portfolio in business or related domains.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or relevant advanced work experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or similar enterprise software systems.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication capabilities.
- Independent thinker with strong relationship and project management skills and keen attention to detail.
- Analytical and leadership abilities.

Work Schedule and Location
This is a hybrid role based in Limerick, Ireland, combining remote work with designated office days as determined by management. Scheduled hours total 37.5 per week.
