Role Overview
As a Crew Member, you will be part of a team dedicated to preparing real, handmade food and providing excellent customer service in a friendly environment. Whether you have previous experience in food service or none at all, you will receive comprehensive training and have opportunities for advancement, with over 80% of managers having risen from this role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fresh food daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
- Assist customers with orders, provide friendly service, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Learn to operate various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
Requirements
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward work and colleagues.
- Be passionate about serving and supporting both customers and teammates.
- Willingness and eagerness to learn cooking skills extensively.
- At least 16 years of age.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace location.
