This Crew Member position is a full-time, onsite opportunity based in Casa Grande, AZ, where employees contribute to the fast-casual dining experience by preparing food fresh daily with no use of freezers or microwaves and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
As a Crew Member, you will learn and operate in various restaurant positions including grilling, cashiering, food preparation, salsa preparation, and order expo. You'll be responsible for maintaining a friendly atmosphere and delivering excellent service to customers. Training is provided to ensure confidence and competence across stations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work and customers.
- Be passionate about serving and helping guests and teammates.
- Have a strong willingness to learn comprehensive cooking and food preparation skills.
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years or older.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the job location.
