Role Overview
The Crew Member position offers an opportunity to work in an environment that redefines fast food by emphasizing quality and service. Employees receive hands-on training covering various roles including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations, ensuring comprehensive skill development. Chipotle fosters internal career growth, with the majority of managers promoted from Crew Members. Key Responsibilities and Environment
- Prepare fresh, handmade food daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through a friendly and welcoming approach.
- Operate at multiple stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expediting food orders.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

- Bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude to the workplace.
- Display a passion for serving others, including customers and team members alike.
- Be eager to acquire cooking skills and develop food preparation expertise.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
