About JB Home Store and the Role
JB Home Store is a leading supplier of premium architectural surfaces and luxury bathroom fixtures for both commercial and residential applications. We specialize in an array of natural stones, marble, granite, top-tier tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, and wellness products. Our team skillfully merges material science with advanced design approaches. The in-house design division supports clients through detailed technical plans, 3D visualizations, and expert advice on materials to facilitate clear space visualization prior to purchase.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare precise AutoCAD layout plans, sectional details, and production-ready working drawings.
- Develop realistic 2D and 3D models for client presentations and to assist with material selection.
- Oversee site execution ensuring adherence to approved designs during construction and installations.
- Collaborate directly with vendors, contractors, and on-site teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Apply AI-based design software and contemporary digital tools to optimize design workflows.
- Manage and update material libraries and project documentation efficiently.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
- Have 3 to 4 years of practical experience in interior design, site supervision, and drafting.
- Demonstrate advanced competency in AutoCAD for creating detailed working drawings.
- Show capacity to work under pressure while consistently meeting strict project deadlines.
- Proficient with 3D modeling software such as Blender, SketchUp, or 3ds Max.
- An understanding of AI tools integrated into design processes is advantageous.
- Exhibit strong communication, time management, and site management capabilities.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from 25,000 to 30,000 INR.
Location
Position is based in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
