Their clientele includes national accounts that rely on consistent pricing, budgeting, and rollout management across diverse markets.
Responsibilities
- Estimate high-volume commercial tenant improvements and rollout initiatives primarily serving general contractors operating within retail and multi-site construction sectors.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency while handling multiple estimation projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate closely with preconstruction and operations teams to support project execution.
- Work within a fast-paced, decision-driven environment that minimizes bureaucratic hurdles.
Requirements
- Between 3 to 8 years of experience in estimating roles with commercial general contractors.
- Proven background in estimating tenant improvements, interior construction, retail projects, or fast-paced turnaround assignments.
- Comfortable working on conceptual budgeting as well as detailed hard bids.
- Strong familiarity with subcontractor pricing and scope alignment processes.
